Created by counsellor (M.A) (B.A Hons) and meditation teacher Lauren Ostrowski Fenton, this pack is designed to gently lower the volume on “what ifs” and help you (or someone you love) feel safe enough to rest.

How to use your pack

There is no “perfect” way to do this. Think of it as a gentle set of options you can lean on when you need them. 

On any given night, you might:  

1. Choose one tiny sequence
   Pick a short sequence (mind, body, or environment) and move through it slowly, like a small ritual of care.

2. Pick 1–3 reassurance cards  
   Read them out loud in a soft, believable way – as if you’re speaking to someone you care about. If you’re using them with a child or partner, you can take turns choosing and reading.

3. If you wake in the night  
   Use the simple, gentle steps from the pack to give your mind something kind and predictable to follow, instead of slipping into spirals. 

Over time, these small, repeatable practices help your body and mind recognise that it’s “safe enough” to slow down, soften, and rest.
