Refund policy

Designer Refund Policy

Overview
I want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.

Digital Products (PDFs, downloads)
- All sales are generally final once the file has been delivered.
- However, I offer a 7-day satisfaction window: if the product isn’t what you expected or you have technical issues, contact me within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll do my best to make it right. This may include guidance, a replacement file, or a refund at my discretion.

Physical Products (if applicable)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Order issues and support
- Didn’t receive your download link? I’ll resend it.
- File won’t open/print? I’ll provide a compatible version or step-by-step help.
- Received the wrong file? I’ll correct it right away.

How to request a refund or support
- Email: laurenostrowwskifenton@gmail.com
- Include: order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue
- Response time: I aim to reply within 1–2 business days

Non-refundable items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders once proofs are approved
- Final sale or discounted bundles (as marked)

Processing time
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Fair use
I reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected misuse, repeated refund requests, or when substantial use of digital content is evident.

Friendly note
My goal is that you feel helped, not stuck. If something isn’t working for you, please reach out—I’ll do my best to make it right.

Would you like me to adapt this for a strictly-digital shop (no physical returns) and add Shopify-ready headings you can drop into the policy editor?
