Hello, lovely one, I’m Lauren.
I’m a counsellor, meditation teacher, and creator of gentle sleep and anxiety supports. My work is for thoughtful, sensitive humans who want to feel safer in their own minds and softer in their own bodies—especially at the quiet edges of the day.
I’ve spent years sitting with people’s stories, listening to what keeps them awake at night, and creating simple, kind tools to help. Everything I make is designed to be realistic, compassionate, and do‑able even when you’re tired or overwhelmed.

My academic training helps me understand people in context—how culture, family, and experience shape the way we think and feel. My counselling work helps me translate that understanding into gentle, practical support you can actually use at 2 am when your thoughts are loud.

What I create here
In this Shopify store, you’ll find tiny, gentle tools for anxious minds and restless nights—things like:
